Returns

Ordered items can be returned in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt. We only accept undamaged, unworn, and unused items for return. The 15-day return period also applies to limited-time promotional offers. 

Please send us an email (hello@lockettwellness.com) when you want to return your product. Please state your order number.  

In the event of a refund, we offer you the option of exchanging it for another product, a voucher for the purchase price, or a refund of the entire order value to your chosen payment method (refunds starting at CHF 5). Please note that a processing fee of CHF 5 will be charged. 

In addition, if we determine that the goods have deteriorated, we reserve the right to retain or invoice a portion of the purchase price, which we determine at our discretion. The return and re-delivery of the exchanged goods or voucher will be at the customer's expense. Returns must be send to the following address and by registered mail. The sender's address must be clearly legible on the back. The shipping confirmation from the post office must be retained until the return has been received by LØCKETT WELLNESS KLG and receipt of the return has been confirmed. Otherwise, no costs can be reimbursed in the event of loss.
